Middle East Survey & Control Office was established in 1960 by its chairman Mr. Hamdy El Sabbagh, ex-under secretary of state, ministry of maritime transport and ministry of finance, who was followed by Mr. Ashraf El Sabbagh. Middle East Survey & Control Office (MESCO) has committed itself during the past half century to providing an unequivocal level of service to its clients.
Over those years, our company operated in international and local insurance markets as independent consultants and with our skills being entirely devoted to our clients, we believe that being our own masters makes us better servants.
