Middle East Survey & Control Office was established in 1960 by its chairman Mr. Hamdy El Sabbagh ex-under secretary of state, ministry of maritime transport and ministry of finance.

Over those years, our company operated in international and local insurance markets as independent consultants and with our skills being entirely devoted to our clients, we believe that being our own masters makes us better servants.

Our company has maintained a high level of quality P & I correspondency serving the interests of almost all existing protection and indemnity clubs.
