Whenever we are nominated by any club, we proceed with prompt action investigating facts which may tend to counter or reduce the claim and to appoint surveyors in the case of cargo claims or as the case may need either medical advisors, chemists, metallurgists, engineers all of whom may have a role to play in settling claims.
As a P & I correspondent, we have locally gained much experience in the following fields:
- Cargo claims handling and settling.
- Custom fines & dues.
- Personal injury claims.
- Legal assistance and close follow up of marine cases at local courts through our in-house legal department.
- Collision liability claims.
- Fixed objects damage claims.
In dealing with the above P & I activities, we always
